Subweb Technical Academy (STA) is an internationally recognized, world-class commercial diving and offshore training provider located in Nigeria, specializing in building local capacity for the maritime and oil and gas industries. Acclaimed as a pioneer in West Africa, the academy is an associate member of the International Diving Schools Association (IDSA) and holds prestigious certifications from the International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA), notably serving as the region's first recognized center for IMCA Dive Medical Training. Operating out of modern facilities equipped with on-site accommodation and dedicated sick bays, STA collaborates with governmental bodies like the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) to deliver real-world, industry-standard instruction up to depths of 50 meters. Its comprehensive, multi-disciplinary curriculum spans surface-supplied air diving, underwater welding and burning, ROV courses, subsea engineering, dive technician protocols, and specialized health, safety, and environment (HSE) training.
